Currently, the Philippines have successfully resolved technical issues for outbound and inbound transmission of eCOs. Since system configuration on the side of other AMS has a probability of changing in the early stages of implementation, we are testing all areas that could affect operations– this is all being done in the Philippine National Single Window (NSW) which is TradeNet.

Previously, the Philippines have successfully exchanged end-to-end transmission with Lao PDR and Malaysia, and is working on establishing successful end-to-end exchange with all the AMS to commence preparation for the next phase of the ASW implementation which is the exchange and utilization of the ASEAN Customs Declaration Document (ACDD), e-Phytosanitary (eSPS), e-Food Safety Certificate and the e-Animal Health Certificate between the AMS and countries that ASEAN has agreements with. However, in order to comply with the evolving requirements of the ASEAN SC, Tradenet must undergo system enhancements to embody all these features.
